      Work is constant, time goes bye fast. 4 12hr shifts then 4 days off

      Pros

      I enjoy working with all of the employees, but the consistent mistakes and blame shifting has created a toxic environment. We hoped the transition from Cytec to Solvay would have created a different environment, but we kept the same leadership and the same culture remains.

      Cons

      Decent pay. I wish I could go on about the good things but there's so much to complain about that makes me need a new job.

      Overworked, reduced pay on regular work days for "Inherent" overtime. e.a 8 of your 48 hours.
