      - Communication seems to be not a problem. - Good compensation - Strong work ethics among other employees.

      Cons

      - Expectations are high and they grow exponentially. - High level managers are in Europe and operation plans are dependent on them.

      Large organization with great international career opportunities, great career and business potential, overwhelming benefits offer, good pay.

      Cons

      Too many changes in the same time resulting in uncertainty, lack of purpose and direction. "This is how we always did it" mindset is blocking simplification.
