      Great benefits and company overall.

      Cons

      Management shows favoritism and are biased. No open door policy. You can try it the open door policy, but you will pay for it if you do.

      Too many changes in the same time resulting in uncertainty, lack of purpose and direction. "This is how we always did it" mindset is blocking simplification.
