      Great place to work and grow in your career. People are great to work with.

      Cons

      Large companies often lose the ability to move quickly and make decisions in a timely manor. Solvay is no exception.

      Management will do anything (seriously - anything to hit a quarterly number) sad for all the folks with integrity

      Very little overtime, good benefits and compensation

      Cons

      Rigid schedule, no reason to go salary. No sick time allowed for regular appointments must use vacation and minimum half day increments. Difficult to get vacation approved.
