      Pros

      new management seems to have done something. But if you want to keep TS biz clean up the R & D and Prod management to make it profitable

      Cons

      turning an excellent acq to dog. Tech solutions from Cytec was ruined by the current "leaders" shooting form the "hip". Yes if you put it together it is LEADERS+HIP

      Pros

      Great corporate culture. Good benefit package with annual cash bonus. The 401K match is one of the best you will find anywhere. Take full advantage. The work itself is interesting and Solvay is a very stable company.

      Cons

      The organization was flattened over the last few years removing a lot of mid-level management. If you are looking to advance you will have to be willing to relocate or wait out current managers for a long time. However, opportunities are available globally of you are willing to do so.
