      Really good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      -Pay is so good it is hard to quit! -Other reviewers comment on the dangerous heat in Piedmont. This is true. -All the comments about disengaged management: this is true. Sadly they are under the gun from their own management. -Each business unit is different...so reviews for other sites really don't apply. -We constantly talk about safety....but nothing really changes to improve it. -We've been on a hiring freeze for years. So career rating is one star.
