      A lot of excellent people at the local sites

      Cons

      New top management is awful. No longer Jean-Pierre Clamadieu. Great external image. Too much micromanagement and disempowerment internally. The culture is changing.

      Great people working there, the office is very open and spacious great working connections.

      Cons

      The Special Chem Team is the leanest in the company and it shows in the workers. They are often overworked with no regard for what they say about the work load.
