Business Outlook
Pros
It's a large company, but the culture is somewhat intimate. You get to know just about everyone. There are company wide events that are nice, such as Thanksgiving dinner, and retirement parties. The 401k matching is quite good.
Cons
While it is nice to be able to get to know everyone, certain personalities are very difficult to deal with. There were also often problems with equipment, which made high activity testing cycles stressful. This goes back to difficult coworkers. Certain coworkers did less work than others, be it general maintenance or QC testing. Also, as the junior member I was moved around to different shifts often, which was difficult to adjust to.
