      new CEO is great, middle management is not

      Pros

      great bonus and maternity leave. I also really like the sustainability initiatives to combat climate change. It's backed up by more than just news presses, they are actually spending serious money to make things greener.

      Cons

      Middle management is only looking for the next promotion and not really interested in any of the problems below them or within their own teams. Just trying to look good for the next time their manager comes around.
