Excellent benefits, a convenient hybrid work model (2 days remote), a comprehensive insurance plan, and an outstanding work-life balance.

Cons

You need to watch your back as favoritism exists, and career advancement is slow. Building trust and relationships takes precedence over merit-based progress.
