Pros

- hybride flexible work mode - bad salary and no raise

Cons

- stoped bonuses - about bonuses not what we told me the first day - old tech and very complicated enviremnt to many layers and teams - expect you to work for years without a raise - they are afraid of the client orange france if they say something bad about you they get rid of you - management almost not present you can work for a year without even talking to your manager
