They attend all external workers with periodic visits of boss or secretary, they have an automatic inflation compensation police

Pros

Sofrecom has a history of going where nobody else wants to go to provide telecommunications consultancy services. I joined Sofrecom because I wanted to work in those places and I fulfilled 100% that objective.

Cons

For a company the size of Sofrecom, internal politics are just too much, with people constantly fighting between each other for projects and opportunities. The fact is Sofrecom has struggled to modernize its organization, structure and portfolio of consulting services, often ending up doing "ad-hoc" projects that nobody else wants to do and struggling with profitability. There is an expression "Not everything that shines is gold", this applies 100% to Sofrecom
