* toxic work environment. * some toxic managers. * micro managing. * mistreatment of developers. * no work life balance. * work hours. * fits of some co-workers from orange and sofrecom over tasks. * slow promotion process * hr department is not collaborative * so much rules * bad local platforms with so much bugs.
