This company took over the account where I was formally working and had been working with no issue for 5 years. ALL management and Sodexo employees that came to this campus to work were extremely rude, snobby, and unhelpful. They acted like they were doing you a favor by answering a question. They sent a whole transition team to the campus, but my unit did not recieve any help in getting our systems and processes set up. Compared to the last company I worked for, these people were a joke. Extremely old systems that slow and not up to the current times. All the people who were in upper management were IDIOTS. I dont know how they got that far in their career, not to mention it was a complete boys club

Compensation is below market average and yet the company requires you to complete countless projects and tasks that are not directly related to your job description. They call it Sodexo standards. Imagine having to do additional tasks in addition to 8 hours of assigned work load with a shamefully low pay. Micromanagement is the most unbearable aspect of Sodexo. My team is hired under "salaried" condition but our managers question our hours, monitor and scrutinize our time to an extent that leaves us with no autonomy or comfort space. Word of advise: leave as soon as you have gained the necessary experience
