- The office environment is bad. Very toxic. People look serious and stressed all the time. Managers look unwelcoming and non approachable. - Major con is the management and superiors. Don't really care about you. They expect you to know everything as a new starter. One tiny mistake and they will play the blame game. They judge potential hires and new starters. Its all judgement, to see who they WANT to promote. So need to be on good terms every single time, daily, with superiors to even have a chance of being promoted. - The training was bad. In fact, no training was given, had to learn everything on the job.

Management has been trying to fix the creative team for 5 years and has been extremely unsuccessful due to their poor management. No one listens to employee concerns for development. They only pretend to listen. You need to be wise in the politics game to get anywhere and the Director will make sure that you don't get anything but headaches if you don't suck-up to her. Don't be fooled by soft spoken words from superiors, because they will only use and dispose of you when they don't need you anymore. Thus, they have lay-off very talented experienced people who have been loyal to Sodexo for years. Their is no work/life balance at all. Good luck if you want to have a life out side work or if you have kids.
