Unorganized, Unethical, Lack of Communication, Poor Management

No support for employees from management cheap company . To many employee turnovers hiring new employees but poor traning ,there was never enough laptops or work phones and you had to have them in order to do your job and communicate with nurses and the nutritionists. They hire parttime employees to work fulltime hours so they will not qualify for benefits. Employees never made reports in the past because they feared losing their jobs.
