they are very acomodateing when you need days off you get them, the other employs are nice and the hours arent bad.

Cons

um depending on where the sodexo is located like i worked in a hospital it was kinda depressing other than that its fine.

the friendly, personable environment. Management generally give the employees a voice in the company. When issues arose is was solved in a diplomatic matter.

Cons

when the locations closed there where not too many options to stay with the company. With it have contracts within other companies, they had a tendency of losing contracts through bid options
