      At my particular unit the management is understanding when dealing with professional and personal issues.

      Cons

      The lack of communication ie. when promotion occurs, and lack of info on expectations from management.

      Pros

      sodexo is a good company to work for if you want the expeirence and want to learn, and once you join mamagement no matter where you go you will always have a job.

      Cons

      salary as manager is a con because you are required to work 10 hour shifts, and this way supervisors end up making more than the managers i dont agree with this we should get the money that we work for
