      Good benefits Good Hours Good Manager One of the best general managers I have ever worked for

      I did not have any cons except I was hourly so I had to be unemployed during the summer, which really dug into the income.

      Pros

      Benefits, Day time hours, close to my home. My new District Manager is from operations and this person gets it. Unfortunately the DM lives over a 1000 miles away.

      Cons

      It's all about the Bottom line. If you make money the company is Happy, if not, forget it. DM's that have been out of operations for too long.

      Pros

      Nice people, positive reinforcement, when someone is mentioned on twitter or social media sites they get a reward/recognized. I have a good experience with all of them.

      Cons

      None that I can think of currently. If anything it would be the separation of work as sometimes there are people not doing much work while I have had more work to do that is the only issue.
