      Hands down, the worst job I have ever had.

      Pros

      Pay and a free meal when I worked. That's about it.

      Cons

      -Complete disregard for employees. -Terrible management -No opportunities to move forward in the company, everyone was expendable -They overworked the seasoned employees that have been there for years with no sign of them moving on in the company -Forget about calling in sick, if you do they will make you come in anyway, and then send you home. Considering this is food service work this is a very dangerous practice.

      Pros

      Get Chance to work with some of the brightest, most intelligent people I've ever come across in a 12+ year career. Opportunity, in my particular role, and meet/see new people and cultures.

      Cons

      Regrettably, some management are still getting hired into positions because of the old boys/girls network and not on their actual merits.
