      Some of the Shift leads aren't people persons. There is at least one Lead I hate working with because she takes her job way too seriously and talks down to everyone like they are incompetent of doing their job correctly.

      Very unorganized from the top to the bottom. This company clearly has the structure to provide winning service to it's customers, but is out of touch. I had a Regional manager who visited our property often but never spoke to a single employee below the GM level. Absolutely no support from management when dealing with the client or the guest.
