      Pros

      If you are desperate for money and willing to work for less than market value in a organization devoid of any growth potential that is abusive to it's own people as a routine matter of course this is the organization for you.

      Cons

      Liar, Liar, pants on fire! they actual prey on, an see litte to no value in their own people. Their true business model is "we do not care what you think, Quality is not our concern, we can always find someone willing to work for less"!!

      Very unorganized from the top to the bottom. This company clearly has the structure to provide winning service to it's customers, but is out of touch. I had a Regional manager who visited our property often but never spoke to a single employee below the GM level. Absolutely no support from management when dealing with the client or the guest.
