flexible hours never ending overtime avaliable

Cons

Always understaffed, Extremely high turnover rate of staff treated like slave labour, with the constant threat of being sacked poor management that is unwilling to listen to staff, mediocre training which is only to tick a legal box, not to help you

Great corporation from global standpoint. Good benefits. Once you are hired they encourage you to look around for other Sodexo jobs to improve yourself

Cons

You are at the mercy of your new boss. Depending on their personality, you could be happy or not at all. For a very structured company, you never know who's coming in to be your boss.

Pros

Sodexo has great benefits and many programs to assist in furthering your career. Sodexo's managers are all hard working and try to work as a team, care about people that they work with and employees.

Cons

Work to many long hours, under stressful situations. Managers are normally under a "no win" situation. Some of the contracts should be reviewed, and eliminated. General Managers are always stressed and fear of losing there jobs, District Mangers are normally never in house and do not understand the workings of the contract and the client.
