Pros

Remarkably talented people working on very interesting problems. Best in class product.

Cons

Rapid growth and scale could challenge culture that made Slack so attractive years ago and clearly has helped to shape a brilliant product

Pros

Working at Slack is fast-paced, exciting, and impactful. I feel like I make a difference every day in the life of my colleagues and our customers. Slack has offered me many different opportunities to hone my craft by working with others who are the “best in the business.” There’s also a great work-life balance and smart leaders who ensure we’re on the right track.

Cons

I can’t think of a single one!
