      Pros

      Slack has changed the way I think about company culture, transparency, diversity and how companies can make a world a better place. The opportunity Slack has to further change the world seems almost boundless. If that sort of thing is your jam, Slack might be the right place for you.

      Majority of engineering based on in the Bay Area, however that's changing with a remote first culture

      Pros

      Great culture, hardworking people, great projects, wonderful leadership, amazing compensation. I could go on and on! Seriously the best company I have worked at. For anyone on the outside looking at this review - dont think twice - apply.

      Cons

      Nothing much really but we could do a better job stopping MSFT's false narrative. Also we need to be more proactive weeding out incompetence and incompetent employees.
