      This is a great company to work for overall with a large network and great benefits, and a really cool product that people are excited to engage with and partner with

      Cons

      Management at Slack and broader Salesforce is very male-driven and oriented, there are unclear goals and expectations and management is not interested in working with IC's directly. It's hard to understand expectations and motivators of the team and overall company
