      Pros

      The benefits are unreal. Premiums are 100% covered for medical, dental, and vision for you and any dependents. Fantastic time off program and great company culture. Parental leave is generous along with 401k matching up to 4k in a year.

      Kind company, but boring and uninspiring

      Great perks and benefits; stable and even the crazy teams don’t feel all that crazy

      Cons

      Team doesn’t really go after inspirational problems. The work is tactical and very engineering and experiment focused.

      Technical debt. Flaky tests. Overcomplicated architecture. Organizational changes. Engineers sometimes treated like cog in a machine.
