      Everyone is so nice and willing to help their teammates.

      I have been told I could work from anywhere, but this is not the reality. We have to go to the office every week unfortunately.

      The people at Slack are smart and cohesive, they have handled the Salesforce acquisition very well

      Cons

      Slack is a very unique environment, I believe it would be a benefit if industry practices and standards were implemented more at a strategic level. This would create better cohesion and clear direction by managment.
