Company not forth coming in regards to average working hours for salaried employees. They will not pay you for overtime, which can be excessive and as much as 36 extra hours of overtime per pay period without any form of compensation. They will also dock your pay if you miss one day in a payperiod, even if you worked over the required 80hrs, which will happen more often than not. No value for work life balance and their processes are in total disarray as if they do not understand their own business. High turnover and heavily understaffed.
