In this company you do have the ability to grow and even take on the responsibility or functions of a role that you want to move into. However, you have to be intentional and voice you're interested. Also, company is very large so you can even relocate if interested. There is also a great place to building relationships with peers and connect on the same professional interest.

Cons

This company has been recently sold so there is a lot of change now. A lot of the system as process are antiquated but moving rapidly.
