Pros

Faithful and hardworking employees. Benefits are great. Yearly bonus was great and insurance package was one of the best I have had. Office environment was nice and very friendly and welcoming. Opportunity to communicate with executives was very common. Given lots of opportunity to make decisions and learn new things.

Cons

Leadership lack experience needed to effectively manage the business. High turnover in executive roles. Low profit margin business. Very vulnerable to overall economic conditions. Not a lot of career opportunities. Outsourcing was being implemented for many areas.

Very international environment, lots of growth opportunities, not very hierarchical, plenty of challenges and opportunities to prove oneself, good company culture

Cons

Challenging industry and market environment, little existing structure, more ad-hoc than systematic people development, tendency of short-term rather than long-term focus
