Could have been a great company to work for, long term.

Cons

Poor selection of Senior and Executive Management - only in it for their own self gain. Used the achievments of other Senior staff and lesser staff to gain recognition !! Two particular individuals who excelled at making others lives hell !! They are still employed with LSG, the wise have moved on to greener pastures where they are treated in a civil manner, respected and allowed to share their expertise to the betterment of the company...!!

Management need to wakeup to the staff input and manage work/life balances more efficiently for example rostering.

The job is good mixing with ground crew and air nz staff plus different aircraft types. Airport enviroment fantastic.

Cons

Rostering sucks.Management think they are gods and do not speak up about any concerns that may affect us.

incompetence 1. complete inability to accomplish even the simplest of tasks 2. oddly and apparently, one of the keys to achieving success in a corporate environment; those who exhibit extreme incompetence will inevitably supervise vast amounts of people, large departments and will be extraordinarily well-compensated for doing so; in the process they will make everyone who works for them crazy and extremely harried, as the staff will constantly be cleaning up the messes their incompetent bosses have created
