They want you to work 7 days a week and then yell at you in conference calls.

Free lunches are provided, but they are not always edible. The employee base is good to work with and very diverse.

Cons

They do not allow you to staff up to the level that will make you productive and then blame you for the failures. They have a culture of pointing fingers to blame other departments to the point of making up excuses for failures.

Very political and at times you find that certain processes take a long time to implement. Hard work and long hours is rarely appreciated.
