No good reason to work there other than a guaranteed check every two weeks.

Cons

High employee turnover due to low wages and long hours. Unrealistic goals set forth by management. On call 24-7. Low salary for management. Long hours for management.

I was on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week which put a strain on my me and my family
