Exciting and always changing, yet chaotic and lack of structure

Good people, always changing, opportunity to move up quickly if able to move locations,

Cons

Total lack of structure. The upper mgmt changes about every 18 months which means there is no sustainable vision or direction. Years of mistrust in the RMT has lead to silos.

They want you to work 7 days a week and then yell at you in conference calls.

Free lunches are provided, but they are not always edible. The employee base is good to work with and very diverse.

Cons

They do not allow you to staff up to the level that will make you productive and then blame you for the failures. They have a culture of pointing fingers to blame other departments to the point of making up excuses for failures.
