Great starter employment to learn about manufacturing. Everything is disorganized, or badly managed, which is great for personal growth if you can manage to fix it. ( It is possible )

Cons

Most management have been there for 20+ years and they are having a rough time keeping new management due to this, as room for growth within the same facility is very low.
