Pros

Overall a well run company with great benefits and good people.

Cons

Upper management changes often. What was once a stable company it began to seem like after every COO changed all priorities changed too and this occurs every 1-2 years.

Terrible Culture, Pay & Management

Pros

The only good thing was the free lunch everyday and that is a well known company worldwide, unfortunately, the Guam location taints the name.

Cons

Terrible workplace culture. Management does not listen to employees, and there is alot of nepotism. Many of the staff are underqualified for the positions but since they are somehow related, they were hired. Pay is incredibly low, barely above minimum wage for a position that deserves 2x the pay. Overtime is required including late nights and weekends. Parking is terrible and you might have to park far across the street in a very unsafe neighborhood.

Pros

competitive salary and benefits if you're a supervisor or higher up, but thats about it.

Cons

for a catering company the "free" lunch is hugely disappointing, but then again it's airline food. you don't have a choice on your vacation days; you are obligated to sign up for them in order of seniority at the start of the fiscal year, so forget planning any get aways when you want to, and be prepared to be stretched very thin when someone does take their vacation because they won't plan ahead for it and will pile the work onto you instead and question why nothing gets done. middle management (this position) takes a beating from upper management and expects you to make something out of nothing. its very frustrating and exhausting.
