- Overtime is mandatory, and you are guilt tripped if you do too much overtime. - The food at the cafeteria is not fresh. - At least a 1/3 of the employee workforce calls in sick, thus creating a high demanding workload for employees that do come in that day...everyday. - Very low chance of upward mobility - The workplace is very unsanitary (we're a catering company) - Highly unprofessional work environment - Overall toxic environment for the loyal diligent worker (you will be exploited)
