Pros

-After working 60 days here as a temp, you could be eligible to apply permanently. Applying permanently would get you into a union in which you would get paid at least $40/hr worldwide. -Free food during meal breaks. -Some people were great.

Cons

-I saw multiple health codes broken during my time here (cross contamination, improper handwashing, lack of cleaning/improper cleaning methods) > I’ve been told this place is always getting audited anyhow. 😬 > Apparently, a good amount of the unionized employees are VERY lazy or insubordinate so that’s why things don’t go as they should here. -They never used the specs (recipes). I actually got yelled at for not having the spec but wasn’t even told where to find them or what recipe I was making. 🙄❓🤷🏽 -There were too many people trying to be chiefs and not enough Indians. In other words to many people bossing others around and most of those doing it didn’t even follow the rules themselves. > I had one permanent employee who had just gotten hired try to threaten my job as if he were my boss. The same happened with another employee who had JUST gotten employed after being a temp like I was; around the same time. >It was partly because of these two people that I faced constructive dismissal after only three weeks here. > Middle Management either ignores or joins in with others on this behavior.
