      Good benefits. Ok pay. Quick hiring process.

      Cons

      Great disconnect from office to field personnel. Expected to maintain consistancy-but no proper onboarding process. Ethics are constantly questioned by actions of others. No work life balance-espected to be present early, ocassionaly miss and work through lunches, and work late.

      I worked here for a few years. It was a great starter job.

      Cons

      There wasn't a lot of room for growth as we didn't have a lot of projects locally. Hopefully that has changed over the years.
