      There was alot of responsibility given to an intern The people working for the company are great The atmosphere is amazing

      Pros

      Skanska makes a concerted effort to train all of their employees. Senior management seems to truly care that you are growing as an individual. They have spent a significant amount of money training us in the last year.

      Cons

      The company is rather large. Even in the Seattle office there are enough people to ensure that you will most likely never know all of the people on a first-name basis. This can be a problem for young professionals trying to climb the ladder.
