      Pros

      The company is large and well established as a global construction contractor. All employees are trained on how the company and its various divisions function, and how the company makes money. A good effort is made to keep employees informed and up to date on the company's performance.

      It seems like the company's long history sometimes stands in the way of true innovation or risk taking

      Size, prestige, transparent, motivating, global reach, good training

      Cons

      Lots fluff around. The company can be relaxed about project deliveries if done completely though their joint ventures partners. This is not good for their staff development.
