      A good firm with the makings to be a great firm

      Pros

      freedom to run your project your way as long as you follow general guidelines and ethics; safety conscious - no bull; ethical - no bull; truly a team oriented firm - mavericks do no last long.

      Cons

      management provides promotions based on luck of working on flagship projects; management has a tendency to pigeonhole personnel.

      Pros

      Challenging projects, high-performance culture, international outlook. Company cares about people and profits. Great work environment. Trying to lead with green solutions.

      Cons

      Most seniority is in Sweden - it's dark in winter. Top leaders don't always walk the talk. Projects are interesting but the industry as a whole is not always interesting.
