Pros
Most people who work for Skanska have are proffesional, helpful and approachable, there is plenty of opportunity and an ethical approach to business. Benefits include 28 days holiday, company car and decent salaries. A forward thinking contractor with a (mostly) deserved arrogance about it's standing.
Cons
If project based you will be moved around from place to place evry few years, which of course comes with the nature of the work, alot of people live away from home during the week or have very long commutes. The head office is not close to a railway station or any restaurants/bars, this leads to a lack of socialising events outside of work hours and may not suit younger employees.
