      Skanska are committed to promoting their staff and in doing so create winning teams across our business, I started as a HGV operator within our utilities sector and I am now a fully qualified Health & Safety Advisor thanks to Skanska.

      At present I have no cons to disclose as Skanska has only given me positive things during my time with them.

      Knowledgable people who care about getting the job done right. Decent work / life balance. Good benefit package.

      Cons

      Large company, takes a lot of time to move up in the company. Lots of tape with makes it hard to understand whether you need to go right or left.
