      Established, well known company with a great reputation nationwide. Many opportunities to travel nationwide to other projects of desired.

      Cons

      Similar to most construction companies, on boarding, employee performance management and career development is done poorly.

      Pros

      A top construction management firm, competitive salaries, big name projects and in general easy going colleagues.

      Cons

      The new hire training process can be better. The Skanska learning center helps. However, for learning your day to day responsibilities, it can be a hit or miss depending on how is assigned to train you.

      Pros

      Opportunity to work on a variety of big projects. My manager was very supportive which helped me blend easily into the workplace. All the employees are very experienced and so you can learn a lot from them

      Cons

      The only downside of working here is that its not located in a big city and the projects are mainly in small towns so there is no life after work.
