      Pros

      Great culture and team ethos, landmark projects and very forward looking. As an employee you do feel a part of something solid and good.

      Cons

      If being strategic is the way forward then there has to be a way of making the language and objectives easier to understand. A lot of tick box and generic form filling can make the work seem like an uphill climb, cannot afford to lose sight of the practical side of the job.

      Pros

      Your paycheck is good. Will not bounce (over-draft). Room for advancement you grow, learn at your pace, to include cross train into a different field of work.

      Cons

      Long hours 12 hour shifts hard work and you must preform what you promised. No bull-shit if you say you can do it you better be able to do it. Not for lazy people.
