      Company values are focused on ethics and social responsibility.

      Cons

      Missing employees care, especially when there is an offer to an employee from a competitor. Local managements are not following group ethical approach, profit is still more important

      good reputation and i had one i really liked that was the supervisor of mine, although i did not see her a lot, but she was the only one helping me

      Pros

      Pay is competitive, benefits are good - 401k, SEOP, vacation, health.

      Cons

      The company is still very much a male-driven company. Your salary, bonus, etc. is much different/lower as a female. There is no room for growth unless you are a male. The favoritism is bad - if you're an under performer or create conflict but are well liked, you will just be moved to a different department or location.
