Pros
Lots of potential for success if they get their act together. They have several team builders during the year.
Cons
They are bring several people down from OR to fill vacancies in AZ on temporary basis. Their policies and procedures are not in place. They changed software platforms multiple times, they even changed the filing structure for all of their projects. They have had a few safety concerns, internal and with their subcontractors. Because of all the changes, they do not properly train their employees and yet they keep piling it on, expecting you to keep up or get moved out.
