      Pros

      I can’t speak for working on a job or out in the field but working in the corporate office was great. The office manager is wonderful. You get to work closely with each department and as well as executives. A lot of network opportunities. They do a lot for their employees. Safety is a big thing even with working in the office. The put on different meetings and always feed their employees well.

      Cons

      A lot of people have been working here for years and years which speaks volumes of the company. It is a great company to work for and they take care of you. However this means that you have to wait a long time for new opportunities to move up in the company. Usually when someone retires! A lot of people are life long employees.

      Difficult industry. Construction management can be hazardous (workers' comp management aspect), and male dominated.
